Ambit Marketing Consultant - $399.00

Marketing Consultants are Independent Consultants who choose to enroll in the optional Ambit Energy Support and Services Program. Any Marketing Consultant who purchases the optional Ambit Energy Support and Services Program may cancel in writing within 3 days of the date the MC Application and Agreement is received at Ambit Energy (Start Date) and will receive a full refund. Residents of Connecticut and North Carolina pay $200, residents of South Carolina and South Dakota pay $249, and residents of Louisiana and Washington pay $299. Marketing Consultants will receive the following services:

• FREE Marketing Consultant starter kit
• FREE initial supply of sales collateral
• FREE access to Power Zone, the company's back office communication center
• FREE access to real-time business monitoring software and reporting tools
• FREE access to the company's Consultant Support group via toll free phone

Ambit Affiliate Partner - $99.00

Affiliate Partners are Independent Consultants who choose to enroll in the optional Ambit Affiliate Program. This program provides ongoing commissions to the Affiliate based on the number of customers that sign up and pay their electric bill on a monthly basis. The $99.00 fee includes both the affiliate position and website access for one year. After the first year, a $99.00 renewal fee will apply for those who wish to continue to participate in the Ambit Affiliate Partner Program.

Ambit Affiliate Partners cannot recruit Independent Consultants or other Affiliates.

Sales Consultant - $199.00

Sales Consultants are Independent Consultants who choose not to enroll in the optional Ambit Energy Support and Services Program. Instead, they pay a one-time, refundable application deposit of $199. Unlike Marketing Consultants, Sales Consultants do not receive FREE access to the company's Consultant Support Group and must pay extra for access to all business tracking software and reporting tools. Although a Sales Consultant qualifies for the same potential income from all levels of the Ambit Energy Compensation Plan, a Sales Consultant's upline sponsor and leadership team will not receive Fast Start or Leadership Bonuses on their personal customer gathering efforts. A Sales Consultant may cancel their status with the company, in writing, at any time and they will receive a full refund (less any commissions earned) of their refundable deposit.
